奈良原式２号機は、奈良原三次によって設計された飛行機で、１９１１年に高度約４ｍ、距離約６０ｍを飛び、国産機による初の飛行に成功しました。その実物大復元模型を展示しています。奈良原三次が開設した奈良原飛行団には、青森出身の白戸栄之助がいました。 The No. 2 Narahara-shiki airplane was designed by Narahara Sanji. In 1911 this plane flew some 60 meters at an altitude of 4 meters, becoming the first Japanese craft to take to the air. This is a life-size replica of the original airplane.
